Service Quality Assurance

All work performed by our technicians is assured against defects in workmanship. If you experience any issues with our service, we will return to correct the problem at no additional charge.

Parts and Equipment

All parts and equipment installed by our company are covered by manufacturer quality assurances. Periods vary by product and manufacturer specifications.

Service Commitments

  • Repair Work: 90 days on all labor and parts
  • Installation Work: 1 year on labor, manufacturer quality assurance on equipment
  • Maintenance Service: 30 days on completed work
  • Emergency Service: Follow-up service to ensure issue is resolved

Claims Process

If you need to make a quality assurance claim or are not satisfied with our service:

  • Contact us within the quality assurance period
  • Describe the issue in detail
  • Provide service date and invoice number if available
  • Schedule a follow-up service visit

Refund Policy

For cancelled services, refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation before service begins: Full refund
  • Cancellation after partial service: Pro-rated refund based on work completed
  • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
