John Kamler founded this company back in 2009 with a simple mission: provide heating and cooling services that Mid-Missouri families can actually depend on. After working for other HVAC companies for over a decade, John grew tired of seeing customers get upsold on unnecessary repairs and treated like dollar signs rather than neighbors.

From our small workshop in Cuba, MO, we've grown into a full-service HVAC company serving Crawford, Phelps, and Gasconade counties. But even as we've expanded, we've never lost that personal touch—that feeling of having a real technician, not a salesperson, help you solve your comfort problems.

John started his HVAC career back in 1998 and never looked back. With certifications on all major brands and over 20 years of hands-on experience, he can diagnose issues that less techs miss. When not at work, John enjoys fishing at the Meramec River and coaching youth baseball.

Maria joined us in 2015 and quickly became the backbone of our operations. She handles scheduling, customer communications, and makes sure nobody falls through the cracks. Her organizational skills keep our entire team running smoothly. She lives in Sullivan with her husband and two kids.

David Martinez - Senior HVAC Technician

David Martinez

Senior HVAC Technician

David brought 12 years of experience when he joined our team in 2020. He's our lead specialist for heat pump systems and indoor air quality solutions. David is EPA 608 certified and holds advanced credentials on Lennox and Carrier systems. In his free time, he volunteers with Habitat for Humanity.
