Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Fees and Payment
Diagnostic Fee
A diagnostic fee of $89 applies to all service calls where the issue requires investigation. This fee is waived if you proceed with the repair work we recommend. The diagnostic fee is non-refundable once the technician has completed the diagnosis.
Emergency Service Fee
Emergency service calls (outside normal business hours, weekends, or holidays) may incur an additional emergency service fee. This fee covers the increased cost of providing service outside regular business hours and is non-refundable.
Service Call Deposit
For new customers or large projects, we may require a deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit is refundable if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice.
2. Cancellation Policy
Standard Appointments
We request at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a service appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a missed appointment fee of $49.
Large Installations
For system installations requiring equipment ordering, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled installation date. Cancellations after equipment has been ordered may incur a restocking fee.

3. Refund Policy
Service Repairs
All repair work is guaranteed for 90 days from the date of service. If you experience the same issue within 90 days due to our workmanship, we will return and correct the problem at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover:
- Issues caused by external factors (power surges, lightning, etc.)
- Damage from misuse, neglect, or third-party modifications
- Normal wear and tear on components
Equipment Purchases
Equipment purchased through us (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, etc.) is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will help facilitate warranty claims on your behalf. Refunds on equipment are subject to the manufacturer's return policy.
Parts and Materials
Parts we supply are returnable within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. Special-order parts cannot be returned.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to provide excellent service. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days so we can address your concerns. We will work with you to make things right.
5. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash
- Personal checks (with valid ID)
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- Financing options (subject to credit approval for qualifying purchases)
6. Financing
For qualified customers, we offer financing options through third-party providers. Financing terms and conditions are provided by the financing company. We do not offer in-house financing or payment plans.
7. Disputes
If a dispute arises regarding billing or service, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter. We will work in good faith to find a fair resolution. All disputes are subject to Missouri law and jurisdiction.
