Service Agreement

By engaging Kamler, John Heating & Cooling for services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include heating and cooling system installation, repair, maintenance, and emergency service.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For large installations, a deposit may be required.

Warranties

We provide quality assurances on both labor and parts as specified in individual service agreements. Terms vary by service type and equipment manufacturer specifications.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. Customers should verify their own insurance coverage for personal property protection.

Emergency Service

Emergency services are available 24/7. Additional charges may apply for after-hours, weekend, and holiday service calls. Emergency service availability may be limited during severe weather conditions.

Equipment and Parts

All equipment and parts installed by our technicians remain under manufacturer warranties. We use only new, manufacturer-approved parts and equipment unless otherwise specified in writing.
