9. Emergency Services
For heating or cooling emergencies, we offer 24/7 response. Emergency service may incur additional fees. We will communicate pricing before beginning emergency repair work.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For large installations, financing options may be available.
11. Cancellation and Rescheduling
